32K x 8 Bit Non-Volatile FRAM Memory Module with I2C interface for Arduino, ESP32 and other Microcontroller models. MB85RC256V Memory Chip.
FRAM cells can achieve almost unlimited read/write cycles and do not show the quick-wear of Flash memory.
Each byte can be read and written instantaneously and keeps the information for at least 95 years at room temperature.
Selectable I2C device address allows for operating of up to 8 memory modules on the same I2C bus.
Supply and logic voltage is 2.7-5.5V
