The DVD player decodes and amplifies discrete surround mixes from Dolby Digital 5.1 and DTS surround sources, drawing on 200 watts total system power--the better to deliver the heft of dinosaur feet and intergalactic engine rumble. And if you're into making custom MP3 and JPEG image CDs at home, you're in luck: the system also plays these.
A choice of either S-video or standard composite-video accommodates most televisions, and the system includes a built-in FM/AM tuner, a full-function remote control, and all necessary speaker cabling and interconnects. Just add the television!
