"Banana Society" is the first innovation of dried banana production in Thailand. With modern manufacturing system in standardized Parabola Dome according to GMP standards, adding value and upgrading product for all consumers, aiming to preserve environment and creating internationally accepted quality. Banana Society Shifted the production to drying in Parabola Dome, Which has been developed by department of Food Technology, Faculty of Engineering and Department of Physics, Faculty of Science, Silpakorn University with support from Industrial Technology Assistance Program and The Thailand Research Fund. Parabola Dome can control temperature, moisture and drying period resulting in spotless, smooth color and bigger size of dried banana. Every piece of banana has high nutritinal value with low fat and low chlesterol, and it also has plenty of potassium that helps reduce blood pressure and good for digestive system.
