The Birns & Sawyer Standard Translucent B&W Slate is a professional scene marker that facilitates illumination from backlights in low-light conditions on set. When shooting in low light, the translucent clapper can eliminate the need for a front slate light, which can be distracting to talent. This standard-size acrylic slate has black & white clapper sticks and can be wet- or dry-erased.
