This CAMVATE standard 15mm dual-rod clamp and secures the rods in place by two knobs, it's generally used to work with a shoulder pad.
There are two empty slots for screws to attach this clamp onto a shoulder pad or some other accessories, easy to use, solid and durable for long term use.
