Description
The Datavideo's VP-597 is a 2-input, 6-output SDI distribution amplifier with unlocked A/B input switching control. It supports 3G/HD/SD-SDI video, embedded audio and re-clocking for long distance cable runs. Two source inputs can be switched by an A/B panel switch or through GPI remote control interface. Dual Inputs with Switch Choose 1 of 2 sources to distribute to 6 outputs. Locking Power Connector Locking power connector prevents accidental unplugging / power-down. 3G Support VP-597 Supports 3G Video GPI Switching Switch inputs using the physical button or use the GPI Connection. RMK-2 Compatible VP-597 is compatible with the RMK-2 holder, for holding multiple converters and distribution amplifiers in a 2RU space. MB-4 and MB-5 Compatible The VP-597 is compatible with the MB-4 battery adapter, allowing it to function with a battery instead of the supplied power adapter and cable. It is also compatible with the MB-5 velcro strap adapter, which helps keep the VP-597 out of the way, preventing accidental tripping.
