Providing excellent counter and bench sharpening, each 6 in. x 2 5/8 in. side has interrupted diamond surfaces ideal for sharpening knives and scissors PLUS an additional continuous diamond surface for sharpening small and pointed tools. This particular model comes equipped with fine diamond (25 micron / 600 mesh) for honing a razor sharp edge and coarse diamond (45 micron / 325 mesh) to quickly restore a neglected edge.
