All you have to do is plug it into the head phone jack of your music device, turn up the volume (pun intended hehe) and attach it to something big and preferably hollow. Each Tweaker comes with two suction pads to attach it to any device. This device carrys a lot more bass than your traditional cellphone, computer or tablet speaker.
