Description

• This ewer and basin set is designed specifically for the hand washing ritual, also known as the lavabo, which takes place before the Eucharist in Christian liturgy. This essential liturgical item facilitates a crucial part of the sacred ceremony, ensuring cleanliness and reverence during the celebration of the sacrament. These sets are available in two distinct sizes, accommodating different preferences and altar sizes.
• Each ewer and basin set is entirely hand-crafted by a small artisanal company in Italy, making every article unique. The meticulous manual process ensures that each piece is not merely a functional item but also a work of art, reflecting a high level of craftsmanship and dedication. The design, while traditional, features an original aesthetic, distinguishing these lavabos from mass-produced alternatives and adding an exclusive touch to the liturgical setting.
• The ewer and basin are made from high-quality Brass, which is then coated with palladium. This palladium coating provides a durable, lustrous, and tarnish-resistant finish, enhancing the beauty and longevity of the set. The robust brass base ensures structural integrity, while the palladium finish offers a sophisticated appearance suitable for solemn liturgical observances.
