C7974A media cartridges are Ultrium tape technology has been designed to offer outstanding reliability and generally high-class performance with very economical/GB data storage. Improved LTO4 media tape is offering a massive capacity of 800GB native and 1600GB compressed with the help of better ultra fine coating technique which applied by HP for its base film. Enhanced metal particles and dispersion methods creates a smoother and consistent base film surface to have 896 data tracks with 820M long tape length with 12.65mm wide tape film with betters data transfer speed with 120MB/Sec native and 240MB/Sec compressed with HP C7974A generations.
