• CONSISTENT IDC PERFORMANCE WITH COVER: Features IDC contacts with 100" tin plating, maintaining connectivity integrity through 750 insertion cycles and supporting 2224 AWG wires. Includes a hinged cover to keep dust out and protect against rust, helping it last longer.
• RJ45 PORT CONNECTORS: Built with phosphor bronze alloy contacts plated with 50 micro-inches of gold over 70100 micro-inches of nickel to prevent corrosion and ensure reliable performance through repeated connections. The thermoplastic housing provides durability for voice and data applications.
• UL LISTED AND COMPLIANT MATERIALS: The 66 wiring block and 89D bracket are made from UL 94V-0 flame-retardant plastic. The wiring block is designed to withstand 3.020.0 ft-lbs/in, ensuring dependable performance in demanding environments. Both meet U.S. government regulations, including TAA and Section 889 certification, making them suitable for government and institutional installations. They are UL Listed (E125268) and RoHS compliant, providing safety and reliability.
