1.Protective cases that exceed 5mm in thickness may need to be removed before charging
2. The mobile device and wireless pad may get slightly warm during inductive charging; it is normal. The mobile device and wireless charging pad may get even warmer if the mobile device is used while its being charged.
3. Some mobile devices may need an extra receiver module; such as iPhone. Confirm that your mobile device is Qi-compliant before purchase or use your own Qi-compliant cover to enable charging.
