Moderate installation. Remove the 4 screws in the rear to extract the guts. Remove the IR led ring, Loosen the little set screw that holds the lens in focus so you can remove it by threading it out counterclockwise. Install the included spacer screws to bring the lens closer to the front of the lens cap. Focus the lens while looking at a live video feed on your monitor. when focus is confirmed put the camera back together. we have a youtube video we can send you after you order.
