The optical design includes three Extra-Low Dispersion Elements and two A spherical Elements to control coma and chromatic aberrations. An advanced combination of Nano Coating plus Ultra Multi Coating is employed to reduce flare and ghosting to ensure high image quality in all lighting conditions. The Inner Focusing System (IF) design allows focusing to 7.9while eliminating changes in length and rotation to keep the included petal type lens hood always properly oriented.
